The Mississippi Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Surveyors congratulates Jacob Forrester, P.E. on being named the Engineer of the Year for the Mississippi Section of American Society of Civil Engineers. Jacob is a graduate of East Mississippi Community College before attending Mississippi State University where he received both a BSCE (2009) and MSCE (2014) in Civil Engineering. He currently serves as the Utilities Manager at Starkville Utilities where he "works to do the very best job every day for the Starkville community".
