The Mississippi Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Surveyors congratulates Jennifer Sloan Ziegler, PhD, P.E. on being named the 2021 Young Engineer of the Year for the Mississippi Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Jennifer is a Project Manager and Engineer at Cypress Environment & Infrastructure. She attended the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science while in high school and is a graduate of Mississippi State University holding degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering (BSCE); Civil Engineering (MSCE) and a PhD in Engineering. She also received a Masters Certificate in Coastal Engineering from the University of New Orleans. She has been licensed in the State of Mississippi since 2012.
