The National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) has partnered with research firm, McKinley Advisors, to conduct a study around resources, information, and initiatives that will ultimately raise awareness and boost workforce development numbers for the surveying profession. They will be talking with various groups for their research, including teachers, guidance counselors, surveying students and those teaching surveying in higher education settings. They will also be talking to current surveyors all in an effort to better understand the perceptions and experiences of educators, students, and professionals in the field.
They are inviting our licensed professionals, especially professional surveyors, to participate in a brief but critical survey to support this work. You can support this effort by participating in the survey found at the link below:
The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. McKinley Advisors will ensure your response remains non-attributable and confidential, so please don’t hesitate to share your candid feedback.
If you have technical survey questions, please contact Senior Research Associate, Claire Roberts at McKinley Advisors: croberts@mckinley-advisors.com.
Both NCEES, McKinley Advisors and the Mississippi Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Surveyors thank you in advance for your participation and support of this effort to boost workforce development numbers in the surveying profession.
